| A: | For Windows: Windows NT 4.0, 2000, XP, or 2003 Internet Connection (broadband recommended) Internet Browser Macromedia Flash 8.0 200MHz processor of faster 64MB of RAM 800 x 600 pixel screen resolution 16-bit (High Color) Sound care (if you desire audio) 20MB or greater free disk space For Mac: Mac version is coming soon! |

| A: | If you believe you are having firewall issues, please check your firewall configuration settings to verify you do not have the following blocked: URLs: *.newtier.com |

| Q: | Does the Screensaver program use a proxy server? |
| A: | Some Internet Service Providers (ISP) and private networks use a proxy server to connect to the internet. If you are unsure if you require the use of a proxy server, please contact your system administrator or your ISP's technical support. |

| Q: | I am using a corporate network; can I install the Screensaver program? |
| A: | Depending on the security setting of your network, you may not be able to install any programs on your computer without network administrator authority. In this case, you will need to contact your network administrator to have it installed. |

| A: | Yes, when installing the program use your email address and password that will be provided to you when you install the program for the first time. |

| A: | No, the Screensaver is a stand-alone program, is completely self contained and will not add any other programs to your computer. |

| A: | Once installed, you will see the Screensaver icon located in your system tray. The system tray is typically located at the bottom of your screen. If you exit the program you can access it from your Start Menu/Programs/TrayComm. Select "TrayComm Start Tray", this will launch the Screensaver program. |

| Q: | Can I change how often the Screensaver program checks for new images? |
| A: | Yes, right click the TrayComm icon in your system tray and select "Check for new content". This will check for new content immediately. You can change the settings by right clicking the icon in your system tray, select "Properties/Update Schedule", change settings, select "OK" to save settings. |

| Q: | Can I "Send to a Friend"? |
| A: | Yes, select "Send to a Friend". Enter the name and e-mail of your friend, you may also add a personal message. Once you select "Send E-mail", you will receive a confirmation page verifying the information you entered. |

| Q: | How do I exit the Screensaver program? |
| A: | If you want to exit the Screensaver program, right click the icon on your system tray, click "Exit". Note: If you exit the program you will no longer receive image updates at the time they are delivered. To start receiving the notifications again, simply go to: Start Menu/Programs/TrayComm, select "TrayComm Start Tray", this will launch the Screensaver program. |

| Q: | Can I uninstall the Screensaver program from my PC? |
| A: | Yes, the process to uninstall the program from your computer is simple. The Windows Control Panel located on your computer should have an option to Add/Remove programs. Select "Add/Remove programs". You will see a list of programs installed on your computer. Screensaver is listed as one of those programs. Select Screensaver, click remove. |
